CARPET CLEANING

Truck mounted hot water extraction cleaning method, also referred to as "steam cleaning". This method is most highly recommended by carpet manufacturers for cleaning today's carpets. It gives your carpets a deep down clean and carpets typically dry in 6 - 12 hours and are left damp to the touch. All equipment stays in the truck and the only items that enter your house are 2 cleaning hoses and a cleaning wand. No bulky equipment, we do not use your electric or water for this method. Our systems are self contained and we retrieve waste water for proper disposal, not your front lawn! In addition to steam cleaning, we now offer various dry cleaning services for carpets. TILE CLEANING

Cleaning of ceramic tile is very similar to the method of carpet cleaning, but designed for hard surfaces. It is a constant pressure of hot water designed to clean well into the pores of the tile that typical mopping cannot achieve. We are also able to clean your grout as well. This method leaves the floor slightly damp and will air dry in less than one hour with no residue left behind. We also offer commercial strip and wax of VCT tile and natural stone cleaning.

DRAPERY CLEANING

Similar to upholstery cleaning, the methods used to clean drapes are: hand cleaning, steam cleaning and dry cleaning, depending on the fabric. Most drapes are cleaned on location and may be cleaned while still hanging. We also offer in-plant cleaning with pickup and delivery service.

AREA RUGS

There are so many types of area rugs that we use certain cleaning methods depending on the fiber type and situation. For example, some area rugs have severe pet damage and odor that we need to use alternative methods for treating them as well as cleaning them. Your technician can explain the correct cleaning method upon review of your rugs. Some rugs are cleaned on location, and we also offer pickup and delivery service.

PROTECTANTS

Applying protectant to your carpets and upholstery after cleaning will enable you to clean up spots much easier and therefore help in extending the life of your carpeting. We always include unlimited free spot remover with any purchase of protectant. We recommend that you have the protectant reapplied after each cleaning to help maintain the integrity of the carpet or fabric. We will honestly evaluate your carpeting and inform you if protectant is a proper choice for your fibers.

DEODORIZERS

Pet odors, smoking odors and other foul odors can become unbearable. We offer many solutions for pet odors and show you correct methods for curing these situations. Topical deodorizers are applied for FREE with every carpet cleaning. Extra charges will apply in some cases where extra deodorizers are needed.

Water damage, also known as "FLOOD DAMAGE" can occur to your home or business at any time. We know it's a difficult situation to have, so we do our best to handle the entire process for you and get your home or business back in order. We handle all appropriate forms for you and submit them directly to your insurance company. Anyone working in your home after such a loss should be certified and well educated in the water damage restoration field. Our certified technicians work along with your insurance company and you to get your home repaired correctly and in a timely manner. Water damage restoration service is available 24 hours a day. MOLD / WASTE CLEANUP / STRUCTURAL DRYING
